This Personal Data Privacy Policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data, and applies to all information that this site may receive about the User.

1. Basic Concepts

1.1. Terms and Definitions

Personal Data Confidentiality — requirement mandatory for the Site Administration not to allow their intentional distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or the presence of another legal basis.

Site User — a person who has access to the site via the Internet and uses this site for their own purposes.

2. General Provisions

2.1. Scope

The Privacy Policy regulates the procedure for processing personal data of Users, including to ensure the security of processing personal data of Users, ensuring their rights and interests in the processing of personal data.

2.2. Consent to Processing

The User's use of the site means consent to this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the User's personal data.

2.3. Refusal to Use

In case of disagreement with the conditions of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.

2.4. Liability Limitations

This Privacy Policy applies only to this site. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User may go through links available on this site.

2.5. Data Verification

The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Site User.

2.6. Consent Confirmation

Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access the site.

3.5. Statistics Collection

4.1. Main Processing Purposes

5. Methods and Terms of Personal Information Processing

5.1. General Processing Principles

Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit, by any legal method, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools, by storing, recording on electronic media and storing them, compiling lists. The specified list of processing methods is not exhaustive.

5.2. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in order to fulfill User requests placed on the site in the following cases:

  • transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain Service or to fulfill an agreement/contract concluded with the User or a person whose representative he is
  • transfer of personal data is provided for by current legislation within the established procedure
  • transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the conditions of this Policy in relation to personal data received by him
  • in order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Site Administration in cases where the User violates the conditions of this Policy and/or the concluded agreement/contract
  • in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including to prevent and/or suppress illegal and/or unlawful actions)

5.3. Transfer to Government Agencies

User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government agencies only on the grounds and in the manner established by current legislation.

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1. User Obligations

The User undertakes to:

  • provide correct and truthful information about personal data necessary for using the site
  • update or supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information
  • take measures to protect access to their confidential data stored on the site
  • the user confirms that he is familiar with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and gives consent to the processing of personal data when submitting an application, including at any stage of such registration and (or) at any time of using the site

6.2. Administration Obligations

The Site Administration undertakes to:

  • use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy
  • not disclose the User's personal data, except for paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy
  • block personal data related to the corresponding User, from the moment of the User's appeal or request, or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights for the verification period, in case of detecting inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. Administration Liability

The Site Administration is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User's personal data in accordance with current legislation, except for cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. Liability Exceptions

In case of loss or disclosure of Personal data, the Site Administration is not liable if this confidential information:

  • became public domain before its loss or disclosure
  • was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration
  • was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to site files
  • was disclosed with the User's consent
  • the user is responsible for the legality, correctness and truthfulness of the provided personal data

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Pre-trial Procedure

Before going to court with a lawsuit on disputes arising from relations between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. Claim Review

The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing about the results of the claim review.

8.3. Judicial Dispute Resolution

All possible disputes regarding this Privacy Policy and relations between the user and the Site Administration will be resolved according to Russian law in court at the location of the Site Administration.

8.4. Applicable Law

The current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Site Administration.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1. Policy Changes

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. Entry into Force of Changes

The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

9.3. Silent Consent

The User's silence is regarded as consent to changes and (or) additions to the Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is valid from the moment of posting on the site until its cancellation or change in the established order.
